What are the general opening hours of Getty Center? The Center is opened Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm, 10 am to 9 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 5:30 pm on Sundays. The center is closed on Mondays and holidays including January 1, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Garden Tour - This is a 45-minute tour around the Getty Center gardens. There is a docent who tells you detailed information about plants and flowers in the gardens. The tour is available every day on 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm, and 3:30 pm. Meet you under the sycamore trees besides the front entrance of the center.

Focus Tour - This tour starts at 3 pm on each Tuesday. During this one-hour trip, you can learn more about the art and culture of Getty's Baroque and Rococo collections between 17 and 18 centuries. Meet you at the Museum Information Desk.

Architecture Tour - The docent leads you to know better about the architecture and design of Getty Center during this 45-minite tour. Meet you under the sycamore trees besides the front entrance of the center daily at 10:15 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, and 4 pm.

Collection Highlights Tour - During this one-hour tour, major works of the Museum's collection are provided for your appreciation. This tour begins at 11 am every day, with visitors gathering at the Museum Information Desk.

Masterpiece of the Week Talk - this gallery talk is available daily at 4 pm from February 1 to 6, 2011. During this 15-minute talk, you will learn how Wang Qingsong's photographs challenged the traditional ideas in 21-century China.

Exhibition Tour (Imaging the Past in France) -Get to know more about France in the Middle Ages (1250-1500) via this one-hour exhibition. It is available every day at 1:30 pm through February 6, 2011.
