Hard mattresses without fitted sheets on them - felt unsafe - dark stains on the carpet
The telephone did not work - the place was generally in disrepair - the pool wasn't heated
Everyone was very friendly here and aim to please - sitting inside or outside in the garden setting was available - the lobby with fragrance of fresh flowers and plants - very reasonable rates
Walking distance to Westwood Village - an excellent bargain - the rooms without modern security
The noise was relentless in rooms near Wilshire Blvd - beautifully polished lobby
The grounds remained beautiful - the Westwood was a short stroll away - the elevator was out of order - no electronic locks on the doors - the TV did not work - no alarm clock in room
Filthy curtains and bedspreads - small hotel - a block from the Hammer Art Museum

Amazing staff were willing to help and made you feel at home - clean rooms - good housekeeping - some of the rooms had no air conditioning
The hotel might be old but well-maintained - public facilities were clean and pleasant - room was big and equipped with a TV set, refrigerator and coffee maker - bathroom was spotless - water in the shower was hot and with high pressure - there was free parking for hotel guests
Rooms were clean - extremely comfortable beds - the television selection was very limited - the restaurant opened for 24 hours, very convenient - great value
Impressed by the front desk service - there were some rooms with a balcony, chairs and a table overlooking the pool - there was no free continental breakfast - local calls were free, as well as Internet access (more…)

The room was actually a decent size - 2 double beds, a mini-fridge, microwave and an average bathroom were available in the rooms - the rooms were decent, clean and fine for what we needed
There was ample parking on site - close by was CBS Television City - free off-street parking - large rooms with fridge and microwave - free coffee and muffins in the lobby in the morning - walking distance to Farmer's Market

Conveniently located in Woodland Hills on California's famous Ventura Boulevard - easy access to several of the city's attractions - in close proximity to freeways - very quiet neighborhood - great dining places nearby
Rooms were nice and clean - bedding and towering were clean - the clean fridge and mini microwave in the room helped a lot - 1/3 rooms had balcony
Breakfast was basic, but ample - waffles, hard boiled eggs, coffee, muffin - we ate outside
The staff was very nice - they apologized twice for the broken hairdryer in our room during checking out - very considerate
