The center itself has a large underground parking garage - West Hall Parking Garage, located at 1200 Cherry Street. The parking fee is $12 flat rate, without in-out privileges. It is opened at 6:45 am and closed at 7:45 pm daily. On event days, this parking facility opens 2 and a half hours prior to the scheduled event time and closes until one hour after the event's conclusion.
