Shopping

Los Angeles is known for its unique and diverse destinations and traditions for Los Angeles California travel. As with all the big cities Shopping malls will dominate any shopping trip you take around Los Angeles as they happen to be everywhere. A common example is the Hollywood and Highland mall for those visiting the Mann's Chinese Theater & Walk of Fame.

Other famous malls across Los Angeles, which you are likely to bump into, are the Grove & the Beverly Center. It is a famous multi level mall and its foot court patio has a nice view of the Los Angeles.

Barring any important public square, Los Angeles also supports commercial life on the streets. Some of the more famous streets include Larchmont Boulevard, Melrose Avenue on the West Hollywood, and Larchmont Boulevard famous for its celebrity presence.

Broadway in Downtown caters to the masses. From the comforts of shopping centers, you are thrown to the streets. The clothes and accessories come cheap and 20 bucks will get you a complete new wardrobe. A lot of pirated merchandised stuff can be found here cheaply including DVD's and CD's. It still shows traces of the glorious past of the Broadway and is dotted with opulent theaters of the 20th century.

If you want to have another similar experience but in a rather livelier market, Alvarado Boulevard is the place for you. It is situated on the Wilshire & sixth in Westlake District. You can find amazing deals on counterfeit goods here and it's a great place to be around during the day time. Make a hasty exit in the evening as the neighborhood has a sketchy character in the evening.

If you are looking for a rather upscale purchase when on Los Angeles travels, head towards the world famous Rodeo Drive. You could also try the chic-boutique strip of Melrose Avenue, which is located between Crescent Heights and Robertson Avenue again in West Hollywood."
