Walter Pyramid

The Long beach Pyramid is called as Walter Pyramid formally. It’s a stadium with seats or of 5000 which is located in the State University of California. The stadium is considered to be one of the biggest stadiums in the world. The stadium is famous for its light which looks really bright and beautiful.

The Stadium was started on 1994. The first match that was played on this stadium was a match of basket ball which was played against The University of Detroit Mercy. This match was showed live on the television channel.

This was the first match to be telecasted on the television of ESPN. The match was followed by a huge number of crowds. The count of number of audiences was 5,021.

The match went on really well with a score of 71-64.Apart from there were lot people present in the stadium who had come to cheer their team to win the match.

Mr.Don Gibbs was the person who was responsible for the design of the stadium and which was later constructed by Neilson Construction Company located at the San Diego. The cost of the stadium was $22 million dollars.

The side of each Pyramid was at a range of height of 345 feet. The pyramid was constructed keeping in view of the latest trends and technology with the combination of the right colors and effects, the colors of lights used in the stadium is very attractive which make us feel the real feel of the stadium.

Matches played during the night are not effected, keeping this in view lights were arranged in such was that they don’t created disturbance to the players no\r distract them and in return help them to conveniently have a proper vision during day night matches.

They also provide snacks for the spectators so that they can really relish both.
