For visitors coming from Anaheim/Burbank Airport
- Proceed north on Interstate 5 Freeway
- Take Magic Mountain Parkway exit
- Make a left turn at the bottom of the exit ramp
- Continue on Magic Mountain Parkway till reach the Park entrance
For visitors coming from San Diego
You can take either Interstate 5 or Interstate 15 to get out of San Diego. If take Interstate 5, just follow the directions from Anaheim. If take Interstate 15, you should:
- Take Interstate 15 north
- Merge onto Interstate 210 Freeway
- Head west on Interstate 210
- Take Interstate 210 west till it becomes Interstate 5
- Follow directions from Anaheim
For visitors coming from Hollywood/Universal City
- Take 101 Freeway north
- Merge onto 170 Freeway
- Head north on 170 Freeway
- 170 Freeway becomes Interstate 5 Freeway at the end
- Follow directions from Anaheim
For visitors coming from LAX
- Merge onto 405 Freeway by taking Century Boulevard first
- Head north on 405 Freeway
- Drive onto Interstate 5 Freeway at the junction

For visitors coming from Ventura/Santa Barbara
- Take 101 Freeway south
- Merge onto 126 Freeway
- Head east on 126 Freeway to Interstate 5 Freeway south

For visitors coming from Las Vegas
- Proceed south on Interstate 15
- Merge onto Interstate 10 and head west
- Merge onto Interstate 210 and head west
- Take Interstate 5 north when Interstate 210 becomes Interstate 5
- Follow directions from Anaheim
Public transportation is available yet not recommended unless you have plenty of time. It might need lots of transfers. Still, we'll share with you some valuable information. From downtown Los Angeles, you can take either Metro Red Line or Metrolink train to Magic Mountain.
If take Metro Red Line, you can get off at the North Hollywood Station. Then get to the McBean Regional Transit Station (MRTC) by taking 757 Express Bus. Finally you need to take Santa Clarita Transit routes 3 & 7 to reach Magic Mountain.
If take Metrolink train, you can take the Antelope Valley Line from Union Station Downtown Los Angeles. Then get off at the Newhall Station. There you can get to the McBean Regional Transit Station (MRTC) by taking either Santa Clarita Transit route 1 & 2 or 4 & 14. Finally take Santa Clarita Transit routes 3 & 7 to reach Magic Mountain.
