Six Flags Magic Mountain Hours of Operation

Six Flags Magic Mountain is a family-friendly park located in Valencia, north of Los Angeles. It was first opened in 1971 as Magic Mountain. In 1979, the Six Flags bought the park and changed its name into the current one. The highlight of this theme park is its more than 100 thrilling rides, including 18 roller coasters, making the park secure the title as Roller Coaster Capital of the World in 2011.

- During the first three months in 2011, the park is opened only on weekends with some exceptions.

January 1 through February 6, as well as February 13 and 17, the park opens only on weekends from 10:30 am to 6 pm (also available on Monday February 21).

February 12, 19, 20 and 26, the park is opened from 10:30 am to 8 pm.

March 5, 12, 13, 20 and 27, Six Flags Magic Mountain is opened from 10:30 am to 8 pm. March 6, 28, 29, 30, and 31, the park is operated from 10:30 am to 6 pm. March 19 and 26, it opens at 10:30 am and closes at 9 pm.

- From April to August, the park opens to the public Monday through Sunday.

April 1 to 15, and April 29, the park is opened from 10:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays, 10:30 am to 9 pm on Saturday, and 10:30 am to 8 pm on Sunday.

April 16 to 23, as well as April 30, Six Flags Magic Mountain is operated at 10:30 am to 9 pm. April 24 to 28, the park is opened at 10:30 am and closed at 8 pm.

May 1 through May 31, the park opens from 10:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and 10:30 am to 9 pm on Saturdays (including May 27 and 30) and to 8 pm on Sundays.

June 1 to 12, the park is operated from 10:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays, 10 am to 9 pm on Saturday, and 10:30 am to 9 pm on Sunday.

June 13 to 30, you can visit the park from 10:30 am to 8 pm on Monday through Friday, 10 am to 9 pm on Saturday, and 10:30 am to 9 pm on Sunday.

July 1 through August 15, the park opens at 10 am and closes at 10 pm on Sunday, 10:30 am to 9 pm on weekdays and Sunday.

August 15 to 18, you can explore the Six Flags Magic Mountain from10:30 am to 8 pm. On August 17, the park opens at 10:30 am and closes at 7 pm.

From August 20 to August 31, the park is operated at 10:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays, to 9 pm on Saturday and to 8 pm on Sunday.

- Starting from September, tour to the park is commonly allowed only on weekends. Detailed calendar is as follows and the dates we have not mentioned are not available for a visit.

September 1, 2, 18, 25, visitors can enjoy at the park from 10:30 am to 6 pm. September 3, 4, 10 and 17, the park opens at 10:30 am to 9 pm. September 11 and 24, the park is operated at 10:30 and closed at 8 pm.

Through October, the park is opened at 10 am to 11 pm on Saturday, 10:30 am to 10 pm on Friday and Sunday. On Monday September 10, the park opens at 10:30 am and closes at 6 pm.

When it comes to November, Magic Mountain is operated from 10:30 am to 6 pm on weekends, except that it closes at 8 pm on the first Saturday. November 11, 23, 24 and 25, the park is open to public from 10:30 am to 6 pm.

December 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18 and the following week including Christmas Eve, as well as December 31, the park is opened at 10:30 am and closed at 6 pm. On Christmas Day, it will be closed. December 26 to 30, the Six Flags opens from 10:30 am to 8 pm.

Barclaycard Rollercoaster Extreme welcomes global gamers on Saturday, January 29, 2011. Career Day is available on May 5. On this day, the students are offered job opportunities by a number of career avenues. Junior Nites will take place on Fridays of June 3 and 10. This event is exclusive for Junior High Grads.
