Can landlords issue a sixty day eviction notice to their tenants in Los Angeles for no apparent reason
Though it might sound unfair, especially if the tenant always pay on time and hasn't caused any problem in the past, but the landlord has the right to evict as long as he follows state requirements.
Sixty days is enough to find another apartment and vacate the premises. Reasons for the eviction might vary, from selling the property, raising the rent, and/or remodeling.
