Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Center is an Art Deco building designed by architects Robert Clements & Associates. It was constructed between 1938 and 1941. It is the largest enclosed structure without walls and is the training center for more than 100,000 sailors since World War II.
It is the largest and second-oldest Navy Reserve Center in the United States and was declared as California's historic landmark no. 972.
