The Shakespeare Center has Will to Lead and Will to Work programs. The former is offered to young people with trainings in leadership, human relations work and conflict resolution; the latter exposes them to the work environment in the world of theater.

The Fountain Theater has outreach programs for the community. Some of which are: teaching poetry and theater skills to people who are deaf, teaching theater skills to the physically handicapped, free theater program for HIV/AIDS people and more.
