The Northrop Grumman lands in number 76 last 2008 Fortune 500 lists. It is an American aerospace and defense technology company founded in 1994 by the purchase of Grumman by Northrop. The corporation is the fourth largest defense contractor in the world in 2008. And they are the largest builder of naval vessels.

Some of the products which the corporation offers include all the U.S aircraft carriers. They are the only company which is capable of building Nimitz-class supercarriers and the new Gerals R.
