What's the oldest and still functioning highway in Los Angeles

The Pasadena Freeway or the Arroyo Seco Parkway which was opened in 1940 is considered to be the oldest highway in Los Angeles. It is also the very first freeway in the State of California. The freeway's length is 8.162 miles or 13.135 kilometers.

It is now known as State Route 110 and not the U.S. Route 66. It was renamed in 1954. The historic U.S. Route 66 is often used in movies and there's recently the animated movie which have a setting at the historic route 66.
