Just provide an evidence of eligibility or Medicare card when you apply for a LACTOA Disabled ID Card for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority. You must also bring a full-face picture and prepare a $2 for the processing fee.

After filling up the necessary document you can submit your application for the LACTOA Disabled ID Card at the Metro Customer Center. With the card you can avail the Metro's special discounted rate for passengers with disability.
