The longest is probably the route 1 of the Orange County Transportation Authority or OCTA transit. The route could go for over 40 miles. This route uses the Pacific Coast Highway which goes from Long Beach until San Clemente.

The trip usually takes 2 until 2.5 hours and they don't operate on weekends and holidays. You will also enjoy seeing the most beautiful beach scenery while taking the trip so a 2hours bus ride is quite easy and enjoyable.
