How come there's no NFL team for Los Angeles
The main reason is because there's no proper venue if ever there should be a team to play under Los Angeles. The city doesn't have any NFL stadium and the city hasn't quite decided on whether they should build one.
In Los Angeles NFL history there was two teams who were able to play in Los Angeles. The first was the Los Angeles Rams which is from Cleveland. They move to Los Angeles in 1946. And they played their last game on Christmas Eve of 1994, losing to Washington Redskins. Then the Oakland Raiders moved to Los Angeles in 1982.
They became the Los Angeles Raiders. And due to some controversies and unanswered request the Raiders returned to Oakland and had their last game same with the Rams on Christmas Eve, losing to Kansas City Chiefs.
