February - If you want to avoid the crowds and long lines for rides, February can be a good option. The theme park is not so busy in February. The park is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on most weekdays. There're two exceptions. The hour is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on two Fridays: March, 11 and March 18. You can arrange your tours from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends, including:

- Saturday, March 26

- Sunday, March 27

The longest touring days in February are Saturday, March 19 and Sunday, March 20. The theme park is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the weekend. You can enjoy the most that Universal Studios Hollywood has to offer.

March - Universal Studios Hollywood gradually has longer operation hours to maximize your visits. The park opens from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on several weekends, including March 12, March 19, March 20, March 26 and March 27. The park runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., March 1 through March 4, and March 8 through March 10. The hour also applies to Tuesday, March 15. The theme park is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on March 5, March 6, March 13, March 25 and March 28. The hour is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on rest days.

April - The Park opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m. on April 1, March 4 through April 7, April 11 through April 15 and April 25 through April 29. Universal Studios Hollywood operates from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 2, April 10, April 22 and April 30. The world of fun is available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on March 3, 18th though 21st. As for April 9, April 16, April 17 and April 24, the operation hour is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The theme park opens at 9 a.m. and will not be closed until 10 p.m. on April 23.

May - The gate of the theme park is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 1, May 7, May 20 and May 27. You can visit Universal Studios Hollywood from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 3, May 9 through May 12. The available hour is from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on two weekends: May 14, May 15, May 21 and May 22. The Entertainment Capital of L.A. is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the last weekend: May 28 and May 29. The hour for the following day is from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on May 30. The available hours for the rest days are all from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

June - Come to visit the theme park from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on June 1 and June 2. The park is open for longer time from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on June 3, June 21, June 6 through June 10 and June 13 through June 16. For June 18, June 25 and June 26, the opening time is 9 a.m. and the closing time is 8 a.m. The operation hours for the unlisted days are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

July - Universal Studios Hollywood opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. on weekdays in July. The park is closed one hour later on July 4, July 22, July 29, July 2, July 3, July 9, and July 16. The excitement and entertainment period is extended an hour on July 10, July 17, July 23, July 24 and July 30 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

August - The longest opening hour in August is from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on August 6, August 7, August 13, August 14 and August 20. Two days have 12-hour openings, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on August 5 and August 21. The park opens from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on August 27, August 1 through August 4, August 8 through August 12 and August 15 through August 19. The universe of entertainment is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on August 28, August 22 through August 26. The park is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the last three days in August.

September - The business hours for the park is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on September 1, September 2, September 11, September 18 and September 25. September 3 to September 5, the available hour is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on September 29, September 6 to September 9, September 12 to September 16, September 19 to September 23. The hour of operation is from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on September 10, September 17 and September 24. The rest days are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

October - The park fun is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on first two weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on last two weekdays, including October 31. You can tour around the terrific theme park from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. Exceptions include October 1 and October 8, when the park is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

November - Park hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on most weekdays, November 1 to November 4, November 7 to November 10, November 14 to November 18 and November 28 to November 30. The park opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m. on November 5 & 6 & 27, November 19 through November 24. Visit the park from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the left four days.

December - With the advent of Christmas Season, Universal Studios Hollywood adopts longer operation hours gradually. The park is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on December 1, December 2, December 5 to December 9 and December 12 to December 16. On December 3 and December 4, you can visit the theme park from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you're planning to visit on second weekend on December 10 and December 11, the hour is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can enjoy yourself until 9 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Universal Studios Hollywood opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. on December 25, December 17 to December 23. The opening time for the last week in 2011 will start from 9 a.m. and end at 10 p.m.
